    I was just pointing out that boundaries are arbitrary and vary massively from one place to another, so make these comparisons fairly pointless.

    I did so while counting down the seconds until you joined in, as you can never resist a population post. <laugh>

    There's about 2,000 FC there apparently (at least according to the HDM).

    I've a few mates that over there, but they're all from the East Riding, so probably aren't counted...

    That was inflated to 'over 3,000' on RH this morning, including a live telephone call from someone representing FC voices who when asked how many FC fans were there all she could say was 'we out weigh the Wigan fans'.

    Who mentioned being distressed ? I've paid for one of my family to be over there and he told me himself there are no way near 2,000 'Hull people' who have flown half way around the world to watch these games. It's newspaper and media bullshit where in RL terms 12,000 in the KC is a near sell-out whilst 12,000 in the KC for football is a disaster. Most people realise that.

    Looked a good turnout to me but maybe a fair few are ex pats. Our lasses brother flew down under once and reckens the Aussie beer is better than ours.

    According to the presenter on RH Sportstalk the reason there were no tweets from FC fans must be because they are all in Australia. So that's about 12,000 then.
    Personally I thought it was because they had been beaten...
