I used to think that although it was very strange he had lent such a huge amount of money to Falcondrone/Pompey maybe he had been wrong-footed. However, a lot of people were insistent that Chanrai had been behind the ownership of Pompey for a lot longer than he admitted - this clearly shows how. Time he was severely punished now.
If the PST are chosen, i think a darts competition in the car park would suffice. The dart board could have BC face on it.
