I am a big fan of Spanish football so will be looking forward to debating and chatting with you guys.
Welcome to the La Liga board, it's nice to get some members on here because it's pretty dead at the minute
Just to start the ball rolling guys, do we think The Filth from La Castellana have bought wisely this season? Will they get the points to avoid relegation?
Hello all spanish football lovers , I'm a great Real Madrid fan , some may scowl at that ........ I love both Real Madrid and Barcelona , I'm only dedicated with EPL - Manchester United . But nevertheless , I love Spaniards playing the game delicately , they are one heck of a tactical gameplayers , not like the hustle makers of epl , who most try to push their way into the defence of their opponents , The Major Fact as it is .
Hola senores y senoritas Can I please widen the forum? My team, Deportivo La Coruna, unfortunately got relegated to Liga Segundo last season, but we are riding high at the mo and hoping for an immediate bounce back to La Liga. Hope no-one minds me waxing lyrical about the boys from Galicia
Sorry to bump but I often go to watch my local team Recreativo Nerja (http://www.lapreferente.com/index.php?IDequipo=2072) A bit lower than 3rd Division but the players have far greater skill than those in English non-league. Since the introduction of all weather pitches (rather then the gravel previously) the standard has rocketed. The tactic on the gravel was a massive up and under to bounce over the defenders. Goalies would often force saves and get assists! Nerja played Malaga B a few seasons ago in a winter friendly (lost 5 - 0), but Malaga B were promoted as Champions to Segunda that year. At least half the XI have since played in Primera.
