I agree that song has nothing to do with sectarianism, as I said its about trying to even it up by those who made and passed the act.

Your example of English fans views are similar to what I was saying. There is an Indian lad at work who says he has no interest in Scottish football, his wifes cousin lives in Glasgow (also Indian) and is always going on about fenians, taigs etc and he doesn't see what that has to do with football........should see him when India play Pakistan in the cricket!!!

Must admit, not really looked in to the act in great deal. Seen a few about Celtic fans but I find it hard to read stories about folk going to prison for singing songs!!

The popular myth is that Timmy wanted it to come in to get used against William and Timmy couldn't see what was coming down the road for him at all. That is, of course, a pile of ****e. This was exactly Timmy thought was going to happen because the justice committee intimated as much.

Just look at this from around and about 8 minutes. Christine Graham speaks of the 2003 Act and wants to know about how even the statistics for prosecutions between Celtic and Rangers were.... What the **** is that about? Either you are doing something illegal, or you are not.

The legislation was constructed for us.
