Take the TOP 10-20 players in the EPL, how many of them have come in from 'weaker leagues' and what percentage have come direct through a Premierleague Club? Most of the best players in our league have come from Spain, France, Italy etc..many of those players have had their best Seasons in the EPL, that argument is redundant. Besides Partey has also been just as effective in the Champions League.
