how many of them did he started? and there is a big difference when playing for a top club (competing for a starting position with top class players) and not imposing yourself in WBA.. how many game he get in a top club like chelsea last season? just 8 and majority as a bench warmer too .. at the moment he is not good enough to play for a top club like a chelsea even when you had only one striker, that is not the case of Welbeck if i had to choose between him and Benteke at the moment, i rather have Benteke, and this is why Lukaku is his bench warmer too in the national side

He's 19, he's still learning the game, he's not going to be starting every week. It doesn't alter the fact, that in terms of ability & impact he's streets ahead of Welbeck.

and just how many has welbeck started shwan? this has **** all to do with benteke, it's welbeck vs lukaku. please don't start on his Chelsea form, he was 18 and just joined from anderlecht for £20m, of course he was going to feel pressure. We're talking about him currently and potentially vs Welbeck currently and potentially.
we are just discussing how good he is .. a bench warmer in WBA .. a bench warmer in national side .. do you see the pattern here? his form right now is behind Welbeck but potential wise, as i said before, they are both and can both develop and i can change my mind in the future depending who will improve more
I know it's the current trend to disagree with Shawn but long term from what I've seen I'd rather have welbeck as I personally think he has the potential to be better than lukaku
