Purleys point was that scoring ONE goal against Real madrid doesnt make him an awesome player, because Torres scored against Barca (the supposed best team in the world) and Torres is total horse $hit

Again, I see Welbeck as being a Phil Neville type player. Good squad player and solid performer, who will never set the world alight, but will most likely stay at Man Utd for a majority of his career until he is bought by Everton when he is 29/30 for around £9 Million. Welbeck isnt a bad player, I just dont think he is destined for greatness, or legendary status. Lukaku has more potential to do that imo. Whether he will or not remains to be seen.
