Bought hardly anything during LD save for a phone case and a pair of walking boots. The only money I've been spending has been on essential unavoidable stuff. I suspended my gym membership in April and cancelled it yesterday since it looks like nobody will ever be able to set foot inside one of those again

I realised the other day, that barring a birthday present for the Mrs and cards for family etc, I’ve bought nothing, absolutely **** all.

Now now mate there's plenty of rivers in Thailand and the islands. It might come in handy when you're kayaking in the monsoon.

So, going back to this, sold the 915 today for £145.

Bought it two years ago for £110.

Net spend on the new club with a £450 price tag is £80 (I bought for £225) but if you include the £35 profit on the old club its actually £45, so 10% of band new label cost of my new bat.

That goes in the good deal folder.

Nice work. That’s a right deal on the new club.

I took delivery of two new shirts today. Crew clothing ones. For work. I do actually wear most of my work shirts out as well as they’re nice. Also bought two pairs of French connection jogging shorts. Elasticated waist.

I take it the elasticated waist is the crucial thing here.

Not weird, but am about to 'plan' a bedroom furniture purchase on IKEA website.

Friday evening fun and goodbye grand and a half!

*am even allowed to put together my own wardrobe set up*

Honestly do not bother getting the built in wardrobes from ikea. They are ****. Shop about at decent furniture stores. I was going to get some German made stuff which my dad had got but had to wait two weeks for it. So thought **** it an went to ikea instead. Regretted it ever since. There was like a thousand parts for the ****ing thing and it doesn’t work as it should.

I've never had that issue to be fair.

They are going to be free standing but even so, I've done it before in the kids rooms and they've been fine.

I bought the fitted sliding door ones. They look nice but they were a nightmare to put together.
