Give me a ball to chase, and I'll do some running, but running cos there a path ahead was never something I cared for even at my fittest. Cycling out into the local greenery doesn't take long at all, and is very pleasant. For me, the best exercise is the one I can do frequently. Unfortunately, just as I was enjoying cycling most, Covid hit and shortly after my brakes got ****ed and the replacements took 4 months to arrive from Japan, I missed the summer and the bug never bit me again since. If any youngsters read this, regaining fitness is a ****-ton harder than keeping it. Keep moving!
