Hopefully Nige will win their battle with Arry to not finish last.

The little girl crying in the crowd at the Millwall Wigan game is the saddest thing I have ever seen at a game of football. Disgusting behaviour.

There goes twenty years of rehabilitating Millwall's reputation.

What the **** can you have mass fights with your own fans about anyway, unbelievable. Millwall were starting to grow on me as a team, but this just takes the piss.

5 live aren't covering the match today! I genuinely don't understand why not, it's a massive game both as a derby and as a relegation 6 pointer!

Because they don't have the rights for it. Probably on Talksport.

Well obviously, I just don't understand why they wouldn't have bought the rights when they became available.

Praying for a Newcastle win which would see us 2 wins and a draw clear of Sunderland with only 5 to play, that would be enough for me to let out that breath of air that I have been holding since August. My lungs are starting to ache!

They chose the 4pm games because you get better games most of the time. They have to share with Talksport you know.

You are very easily shocked then. Was a big fuss about nothing. A handful of pissed up idiots spoiling for a fight and ended up fighting each other and a handful of old bill. All captured clearly on video and TV so they'll all get banged up or banned.

30-40 nutters out of 30,000 Millwall, considering probably all those nutters hardly go to games normally, isn't really the end of the world. But of course, its a great story for the right wing press and fits nicely into all the Thatcher nonsense right now to demonise football (because she saved the game single handed you know).

I don't know how some people summon up the courage to walk out their front door each day if they are so shocked by real life.

I partly understand your sentiment CBK, however I think you are being a little harsh as people are saying that they are "shocked" because it is not something we have seen inside grounds for a long time and particularly in a high profile game at Wembley. You are right to point out that it was only 20 or 30 idiots and I haven't read anyone mention that Millwall's other 29,000 odd fans were not happy or impressed by it and were booing and letting those idiots know they weren't impressed.

It was nothing like the 70s and 80s stuff that used to go on, yet in the context of today's game, it wasn't a fuss about nothing. It isn't the end of the world, but it wasn't pleasant and was high profile. They should do what they normally do and arrange a scrap away from the game. They will get found out and the lad who knicked the coppers hat thinking he was funny will certainly get a visit.

    I've put 3 bets on:
    1. Newcastle have a man sent off
    2. Sunderland have a man sent off
    3. Both teams have a man sent off.

Torn about today...obviously want Stoke to lose, but don't know whether I want Newcastle to win (but lose our precious 11th spot that I am getting fond of) or a draw which will keep Newcastle below us without doing Sunderland much good. Draw, I think.

Newcastle getting away with murder here, 2 penalties disallowed for Sunderland and Gouffran should have been sent off for that tackle on Johnson!

You mean penalty shouts turned down. A Disallowed penalty is when a penalty is given and the referee reverses his decision.
