QPR deserve to get relegated just for continuously putting Adel Taarabt on the end of the wall. You don't have to be a genius to see he's not going to take one in the face for you. That's the second free-kick they've conceded because he's dodged the ball isn't it?
Most results ok for us...we have finally broken the 4 points off the drop hoodoo. We are 6 points above 17th and 18th (though Wigan have one game in hand). Good weekend. Don't care about Harry, but do feel for the QPR fans who must have thought they'd won it. However, you can live with despair, it's hope that kills you.
Sky ave just shown Wigan's last 7 games......I think their look might be about to run out unfortunately. QPR and Wgan to go down for me.
Phew! Was worried for a few minutes there. But Wigan, seriously. There was about an hour betweetn Zamora's red card and QPR's goal. Why did it take you all that time to get into gear? It wasn't like they were playing 1-1-8 in those last 5 mins, and slinging balls into the box. They were just passing the forward, with a bit of speed, and had players willing to run beyond the ball. Put simply, they finally played with some urgency. Hardly rocket science. If Wigan go down, today will be a massive reason why. They should never have even drawn that match. Not when they were playing against 10 men for all that time. But hey, great result. QPR now need to slightest push, the slightest gust of wind, to fall through the trap door (in two weeks time, themselves and Reading could both mathmatically be relegated), whilst Wigan will now do well to catch us.
Bet365 suspended betting on Pulis to go. Bet365 is owned by Peter Coates, who also owns Stoke City Football Club.
I'd be pretty surprised if he tipped them off that he's going to sack Pulis to be honest. I bet (pun intended) all the other bookies have suspended betting as well.
