I don't really care about this match. Anyone who thinks that Newcastle are relegation candidates are deluding themselves.

Absolutely no doubt in my mind that Bale is the best player in the league.

So...

Julio Cesar, Samba, M'Bia, Granero, Taarabt, Remy.

They'll be available this summer. Who do we want?

MBia and Granero are **** for QPR so not them, maybe Taarabt if Poch could make him more of a team player?.

Taarabt is a lost cause in my opinion. I'd take Samba in a heartbeat if he'd take reasonable wages (but I doubt he would) and Remy could challenge for those wide forward positions.

Probably right about Taarabt and absolutely right about Samba he's just a mercenary. Remy would be good but I think his wages would be huge and doubt he'd take a cut.

It'll be interesting what strategy the Leicester owners take, should they get promoted. They certainly haven't been afraid to sign players - sometimes more on name than form or current ability - so far, so the QPR mercenaries could always have them as a future destination (although I STILL think QPR will survive).
