    I'd suggest getting lots of rest, eat a good meal and do some limbering up exercises then start hitting them slowly, one by one.

    I'm going to Portugal for a week , well I say a week but I get up 1am Saturday morning so I dont need to pay parking and Im back Monday morning , well I say Monday but its more like Sunday afternoon.
    Week in a 5 star hotel , well I say hotel I'm sleeping in the car .
