Off Topic Weekend thread number seven or something.

Today went well, I bombed out the night out last night as, to be perfectly honest, I'm too old for such **** and Thursday night was bad enough.

As a result, woke up relatively fresh and did some useful stuff in the morning before going off in a coastal walk in the rain with friends and dogs that culminated in pub a beef dinner washed down with Moretti and a cheese cake pudding. Bumped into one of the blokes who was out last night and he looked like **** so I made the correct choice

Set to walk back to the cars in the pissing rain and a bus turned up, the cost would have been £21 so he let us on for free. Nice chap.

£21 for a three mile ride though for **** sake, no wonder no one uses them.

Am now watching golf, all good. Very good. Might just have a glass of Rioja.

 

Weather looks good for this weekend so get the barbie and stuff out.

I will be mainly junior football summer Friday kick about child minding while ****ish parents **** off for a cheeky G&T this evening.

Golf in the morning, then got to assemble new garden furniture and finally put the parasol up in the afternoon, might finish washing the van. Might not if cba.

Barbecue in the afternoon/evening with burgers and beers and wine.

Cricket first thing Sunday with my middle un then watch England get their arses handed to them by India.

Just had 15 bottles of wine delivered.

 

Off to Cornwall tomorrow and had today off so been out to get haircuts this morning and then pub for some food with an old pal.

Might go into town and get some new threads for holiday before filling the car up @PISKIE and then grabbing my boy.

Going out tonight for dinner in Hale, Victors for Sushi I think.

Up nice and early tomorrow to mow the grass and tidy the garden up, then I’ll sit in it all day. Dropping the sprog off at her grandmas tomorrow night so me and the Mrs can have a night of peace and quiet, no chance of any frisk so I’ll probably have an argument with her and we will sit in separate rooms for the night.

Sunday will no doubt involve some form of shopping and me stood outside changing rooms all day looking like a dirty pervert.

Day off today but not doing much. May go for a couple of beers and watch a bit of horse racing later.
Park run tomorrow then doing my mum's garden and out for dinner in the evening.
Training walk on Sunday then watch Glastonbury as the Cure are headlining.

 

Holywell Bay, never been to Cornwall properly before so looking forward to it.

Weather not looking as nice as it has been but dry at least. Just wanna get down there now, gonna leave 6/7ish.

 

Off to brum on the train later. Going to a foodmarket where there is some famous bbq rib man there.
