Shame to spoil a lovely weekend, but, I'll be forced to endure the Scotland game on the radio in half an hour.

Afternoon Calydon - that sounds beautiful.

After what you've had to put up with watching Charlton in recent years, that should be a doddle, FHB. :emoticon-0105-wink:

Are you a jock Forest? It's going very well for the Scots at the moment mate.

I know the Scots in general hate the English, but i really want as many of the home nations to make major tournaments as possible (just for the comedy value <laugh>).

It's been a rough weekend for Scotland, Ireland and Norn Iron. Well done to England. Job nearly done now. <ok>

    Good lad... <laugh>.

The Scots were s**t out of luck today. I think Levin is finally getting them to play the way he wants. In patches they played some really good stuff today. Miller should've killed them off with a second just before they equalised.

Edinburgh is one of my top three cities.

As part of a serious chill weekend, I've just watched the final part of the Millenium trilogy, The Girl Who Kicked a Hornet's Nest.

Stunning - and I thoroughly recommend both the books and the films to all Addicks.

Goodness only knows what Hollywood is going to make of this, but the words 'an absolute Horlicks' come to mind.

It's very odd with almost everybody else playing this weekend except us, but at least we know what's required on Monday, and I'm sure we're going to get it.

Chilling continues tomorrow with a lazy bike ride, gym, vintage car rally in the afternoon and my boss's 60th birthday party in the evening.

It's good to have a weekend off once in a while.

Those two decisions against Scotland were shocking! It's not up to the ref to decide the result of the game.

He also missed Charlie Adam's blatant foul inside the box in the first half to be fair. I'm pretty pleased with our second-half performance but over the 90 minutes a draw was a fair reflection. Now that Scotland are as good as out I hope Craig Levein is given another 2 years since he is doing a decent job and anyway none of the top Scottish managers would touch the job.

Billy, two missed pens (one for either side) plus a pen given that was an outrageous dive!

    Scotland should have won 3-2

AHLL I'll go along with Jimmy Sirrel-

"The best team always wins, all the rest is just gossip"
Didn't feel like that yesterday mind you, especially after seeing the blatant foul on Berra. Berra's comments on the ref are quite interesting.

I love it whenever Scotland, Wales and both the Irish teams lose.
