Well seems yet another potential manager of Rangers has turned them down. Kevin Muscat today knocked them back seemingly based upon the recruitment model. Kevin Thelwell is the head of recruitment and it seems he was the reason Gerard turned them down and it also seems that Danny Rhol knocked them back on Wednesday leaving Muscat as the last man on the list.
