So another jaded performance and I’m going to say it. Piroe needs to play 9 and Rutter 10. Our finishing today yet again was pants. Yes Jimmy took his goal well, but James, Jimmy, Rutter, Piroe all fluffed their lines again. Piroe would be more effective in the box instead of outside the box and Rutter would be more effective outside the box creating space, threading passes and maybe taking shots. Getting really fked off with FARKE and his selections tactics and stubbornness. We cannot break down the low block and when we concede it’s because we get caught on the break. It’s pants and I’m peed off yet again. If we had won on Tuesday and today we would be right behind Ipswich and gone above them next week. But no we screw up
Interesting the Dyche effect on Everton. Winning again and without the ten point deduction they’d be eight in table. He’s doing a fair old job there to his credit
I said at the start of the season that Meslier wasn't good enough, that we needed a creative player at 10 and that a ****ing left footed ****ing left back was necessary. A left sided centre half to rival or back up Struijk was also suggested. Results easily paper over the cracks but it was always just a matter of time before the issues raised above became realities. You shouldn't rest on your laurels, you should always strive to plug weaknesses. January is the time to do so
Cooper, Ayling and Bamford are brilliant for us says FARKE. No they fooking ain’t says Doc they should be gone and upgraded for better, younger players who should get us promoted. Not getting promoted means a much tougher task under FFFP rules next season, plus having all the rats to deal with whilst getting bum raped over their prices due to still being in the 2nd tier. anyone still think rotation is not a good idea, even Ipswich do it ffs
Every team crap or decent plays us the same way and we cannot break down gheir low block but also get caught on the counter. Makes no difference how much possession we have we can still end up conceding points. People used to complain about Bielsa only having plan A, well what the fook is FarkeBall it’s just plan A and then throw every attacking player we have on the pitch in the last 5 minutes. Sorry folks running out of patience until I see something positive
Just to lighten the mood Max Dean scored yet again today and remember Rafa Mujica? Well he’s now scored 10 this season so far from 14 games with a hat trick today Hope we have a sell on clause
It’s been a very bad week for Leeds and feels like 2 big defeats. I’m pleased it’s not just me having a go at FARKE as a few outlets now asking questions about rotation, tactics, Piroe and Rutter, substitutions…… YEP actually mentioning Farkes previous success blinding him and asking him to question himself Orta has sacked his manager at Sevilla and been on the phone to Javi Gracia
Not sure if its my imagination but Piroe seems to be getting frustrated and doesn't look happy. Rutter isn't a 9 and isn't playing as one, this is something I feel Farke as got wrong.
Lots asking the same question including Adam Pope Graham Smyth and Phil Hay. Each of them said they want to ask him again but after he gave the press a 20 minute explanation so they wouldn’t ask him again …… my view is that given yesterdays shooting chances that fell to Rutter I think Piroe would have scored at least one of them
Couldn’t agree more. We need to be more clinical, we buy the best No. 9 in the division and play him as a 10. Farke definitely has this wrong for me.
If this is true then we get lots of bollox from the club please log in to view this image TEAMtalk have claimed this week that Leeds manager Daniel Farke is considering opening talks with Aaronson over him returning to the club when the window opens. Aaronson is currently failing to make the grade at Union Berlin in the Bundesliga, who are floundering at the bottom end of the table after finishing fourth in their Champions League group – with no goals or assists to his name thus far. It is reported that Farke would be open to bringing the USMNT man back to Elland Road prematurely when the opportunity arises, alongside Bournemouth’s Luis Sinisterra too.
Playing devils advocate here doc. But I suppose if he’d never played for us we’d be all excited at the prospects. Nothing surprises me anymore in fairness with the transfer nonsense
He couldn’t handle the little physicality in the premier league, absolutely no way he cuts it in the championship.
I agree but as fans and if he does return we as fans have no choice but to support him same as the rest. Expect jammy along shortly to declare he’ll be best signing in January
