No I don't, why do you think I do ? And why would you prefer a president to a monarch ? (though granted, if princess Diana had ever become queen consort, it might have been different. Or perish the thought she would ever have been elected president, if Britain were to be become a republic) "Republic" is just a dirty word.
There’s about a half dozen of our crew had everything paid for the forest game. That’s a lot of expense when you add it all up. Bad enough with games getting moved around constantly
You pay your money and take the chance, I was over £600 out of pocket on a pre season friendly that was cancelled a few years back, just the luck of the draw.
You just have to make the most of it, spent 5 days with a load of Leeds fans getting drunk and singing Leeds songs in sunny Austria. If you can't take the occasional financial hit support a local team.
You vote for a politician, you don't vote for a monarch what can't you understand about that? Even dead people vote in the US
Just getting ready to head of to Donny to pay my respects to the Queen. There will be a minutes silence, black ties, black armbands and no doubt a rousing rendition if God Save The King. Football have got it wrong on this one as how else can ordinary people show their love, respect and their sadness unless at some form of public event. I'm sure it will serve as poignant reminder of the passing of our greatest monarch and much better to do that collectively rather than sitting on your sofa watching the BBC on repeat loop.
And some people have more money to waste than others. Doesn’t make it right. Just emphasises how irrelevant fans are in the pl. anyway I have to go now and support my local team. Shamrock rovers and Athlone town are equidistant to me so a tough decision
The BBC or any of the other news outlets won't show you the massive blm march in London the other day slagging your Queen off and rejoicing in her death
