Norwich have managed it regularly.Easier said than done building promotion winning sides from that division as we well know. Every year out of the pl sets the club back further. We’ve wasted nearly two decades so far and can’t afford more

Exactly what I said, he doesn’t have the personal wealth to guarantee permanent mid table or higher, hardly his fault, but others aren’t exactly biting his hand off to take over and throw money at it.No denying what rads has done but equally doesn’t mean he has what it takes to get us to the next level which would be mid table safety for a couple of seasons. Anyway didn’t he once say he had a five year plan for European football and he’d then review his situation
Maybe he’s got bets onLeif Davis gave another penalty away today on his Ipswich debut.

God forbid we’d become another NorwichNorwich have managed it regularly.

Exactly. What has it done for even the teams that bounced back like Norwich and Fulham. And look at all the clubs unable to get back. The Sunderland’s , derbys, Ipswich sheffields etcCan't believe anyone thinks that going down and rebuilding is a good idea, the championship is very hard to get out of.
We should know!
Only wrist slasher Ristac thinks that mate. Can't believe anyone thinks that going down and rebuilding is a good idea, the championship is very hard to get out of.

Having watched the Championship opening weekend today and last night it's obvious that we're now too good for that level. However the problem is we might not be good enough to stay in the PL.Exactly. Maybe if the club had invested in some quality, not forshaw is your new signing , and not sacked Bielsa we could have.Having watched the Championship opening weekend today and last night it's obvious that we're now too good for that level. In other words the gulf in class is huge and whilst we've come a long way in the last 3 seasons we desperately need to just keep building and adding quality to the squad year on year before any of us can breathe easily.
The amazingly funny thing is that before a ball was kicked last season many supporters thought we'd cracked it and could kick on and challenge the Top 6.

15 Championship teams have played in the prem this season and thats usually around the number for the last few seasons. I remember looking at it when we trying to get out and saw we were up against between 55% and 62% of the opposition having had parachute payments. For parachute payments to work you need to get promoted again in the first season and second season max or you end up like WBA, Swansea, QPR, Hull and look where Derby are now.Having watched the Championship opening weekend today and last night it's obvious that we're now too good for that level. I never said it was a good idea just to be clear. Can't believe anyone thinks that going down and rebuilding is a good idea, the championship is very hard to get out of.

The team we got promoted with that did so well on the first season in the PL they came up as a team, they played as a team, it simply worked.Just one of the players you have listed have shown they may be a success at prem level. Bate will never be prem standard and I'm not sure about drameh or wee jimmy. The players we have signed a lot more experience at a higher level than an u23 league.
If we go down, I can’t see a quick return with the new signings, you can bet after flirting with danger last season they’ll all have relegation release feesI’ll be honest. I really don’t think anyone should diss Radz as an owner, his investment got us back to the premier league. He doesn’t have the personal wealth to throw money at it like it’s a hobby aka Abramovich and Man City, the 49rs don’t look like they want to takeover and do that either. Our two best players forced us into selling them. Am I confident of staying up? No. Am I confident that if we do go down we’re in a better position to bounce back up in quicker time than previously? Yes.
It would probably have more impact than the odd shirt sold for a tenner at the end of season saleAll that means is more money in rads pockets. Do you really believe a couple of million in add ins will impact our squad in any substantial way

I’m happy with Radz I’ve seen him as a stepping stone but I always said Bielsa and Radz would never get us into the top 6. Bielsa didn’t do “characters” even if they had ability, Radz can’t compete when it come to the investment required. I know he’s had investment from the 49ers but I can’t say I’m impressed with the choice of investor. No denying what rads has done but equally doesn’t mean he has what it takes to get us to the next level which would be mid table safety for a couple of seasons.
