The Burnley and Everton games are far more important than our game today. Hopefully Watford can keep the lead against Burnley and Chelsea can beat Everton despite playing on Thursday night.
Think Everton will get something tomorrow. It’s down to Watford now otherwise it could end up as a very bad weekend.
The Burnley result when you consider there was just 7 minutes to go is absolutely gut wrenching. If fat Frank gets a result against his old club tomorrow I’ll need to see a psychiatrist
Saying this once My firm belief after the Palace crap performance was that Ted Lasso or Jessie Marsch was ****. All gob and no plan. After all the mouthy yank managed to slag Marcelo Bielsa off over the over training bollox. The performance was crap, the players had no idea and looked clueless. My view was turning and I was starting to get the view that this nobber was nothing, knew nothing, but talked a lot. What I saw today was a team who yet again lost a crucial bit of the team before the match against the best team in Europe. I watched that team better the best team in Europe for most of the match. I saw a German CB look like one of the best players on the park and yet again battle a head injury without moaning. koch was class I started to believe that maybe Ted could actually do a job as Jesse Marsch. Marsch’s team was beaten because it lacks the quality and lacks the final ball and the final killer shot. Lots of plans died today because Cooper went lame before kick off. Yet defence and midfield did their part but fell down with no cinal ball as usual. firpo did pretty good after so long out, Dallas was ok in the middle until his season was ended, Joffy should have started because hes still the only one who looks like doing anything. The result today should have been 4-1 to Leeds but 4-4 not bad, we do not have real quality of City, but we had heart
