Hi all, The final week of the August league sees saintrichie123 deny fatletiss a hat-trick of wins as he finishes top this week with 14 points. A special mention to SaintinSerbia who was joint 2nd this week and that is surely the highest he has ever finished He was helped to that position with exact score predictions in both the Arsenal and Liverpool games which meant an extra 2 bonus points. There were also bonus points for Saintmagic as he predicted the correct score in the Arsenal and Huddersfield games and saintrichie123 was unlucky not to pick up an extra point as he predicted the correct result in 5 of the 6 games (with just his 3-0 prediction for the Saints game incorrect ). fran and saintrichie123 also used their joker wisely this week in correctly predicting Arsenal's 3-1 win against West Ham. There were 10 different away goalscorers selected this week including 3 Pompey players, although only Arnautovic and Walcott delivered the goods. Salah was the only home goalscorer and fatletiss was the only one to pick up a bonus point with his pick of Salah and Walcott. The Arsenal game was the best pick for the bonus with quite a few selecting that. Unsurprisingly the August monthly winner is fatletiss who wins by 10 points from Saintjoey so congrats to him.
