I do admire your dedication in studying such races to find a winner - I couldn't do it

I've been disciplined in only placing winnings on AP bets because I know the trappings. Most of those down the pan are small stakes apart from Big Bucks, but if Hurricane Fly (9/2) wins it will all have been worth it. Or Sprinter Sacre / Simonsig double (9/4)<ok>

Just watched the 5.50 Kempton replay and noticed my selection VALE OF LINGFIELD didn't get the break and stormed home after dropping out. Certainly one to watch NTO and in the NB. Dam racing:-(

    Cheers lads.

Novice Hurdle entries should be out around midday tomorrow- yet more confusion for the antepost punter no doubt!

    Interesting nontheless.

That horse should have won easily in my opinion Wayward, It was not that he did not get the breaks but was given a appalling ride by George Baker. He was travelling over everything but when the cut away came he chose to travel rather than sieze the initiative and make his run up the rail. The jocks behind did not need asking twice shot up his inside leaving him with no where to go and finished like a train too late. Worst ride I have seen for a while but I have never been a fan of George Baker to be honest and feel he rarely brings the best out of a horse. Lingfield Vale is clearly on a winning mark and I have a feeling you will get your money back soon but doubt very much that George will find himself riding it next time.

Baker is the poor mans Jamie Spencer imo.

He does deliver the odd spectacular ride but dines out on them more than he should perhaps.

    Totally one dimensional performer.

    Hollywood ride or nothing.

Totally agree Dex and sadly those hollywood rides seem to be coming less and less. I may be imagining it but he does not appear to be used as often as did two or three seasons ago.

I actually think the quality of the Jockeys riding now is very high and even some of those that do not get big rides or headlines are still very impressive riders, Danny Tudhope, Jim Crowley, William Carson and my favourite Pat Dobbs come to mind. I think George Baker may get left behind a little now and I also think Martin Dwyer is not riding that well at the moment.

What a player the 19-y-o Varane looks...stunning talent.

Looking forward to them playing the plastics...

Dislike both teams but it will be a cake walk for Real.

Mou has owned ferguson since they first came up against each other.
