Where did Hammer Gun come from?
3 weeks ago at Southwell, The Nortonizer got on board, as the original named jock was stuck in traffic, and it won at 100/1.
Now it has won again, making that a 4 timer on 2 different A/W racecourses within 3 weeks.
Blimey, nice if you've followed it.

Labaik going to the sales at Aintree. Imagine the scenes when he plants himself at the start on his first run for new connections.

Even you are beating Barney! I will be setting my sights on odddy after passing Ron although typically STH looks to be gone beyond recall.

Yet again stick <applause><applause> left this one alone as it wasn't a bumper. More fool me. Can't wait to see your national shortlist

I would imagine he will be of huge interest to ‘dual purpose’ connections. As a ‘Supreme’ winner he obviously has the potential to take very high rank in ‘open’ company whilst as his Flat perch is ridiculously low (last ran off 70) would also be of amazing interest in that sphere too. I don’t think it’s that dappy a thing to say if he translates his NH form to the level then that figure could be increased to the region of 100 – 110. And you can pick up very rich prizes whilst making this climb.

How much will Labaik go for?!? I suppose a standard ‘Supreme’ winner is looking at up to half a million. But given this old boys ‘issues’ you’ve probably got to take off some value as a result. Very hard to estimate what the final sum will be when the auctioneer bangs his gavel on the table.

Deep pockets required as he may be banned after you purchase him...he could be good on the flat but won't leave the stalls. He could be amazing over timber but likely won't jump off the majority of the time. Looking at likely buyers...look no further than John Paul McManus.

    €285,000 and he's yours.
