    Just wondering what to make of the training course I'm on the next 2 days - offsite at a local hotel with mandatory stop over tomorrow night. Subject: "Creating a High Performance Culture"

    Hopefully they'll have a well stocked bar.

    In other news we had our annual pay round and I shall forthwith be taking home an additional &#8364;300 per month. Grabbed a take-away-pizza to celebrate <ok>

    Cracking punch up it was, almost Ice hockey-esque. They should finish all lower league games like that. The goalkeeper for Bradford wasn't happy!!

    What a ride from Cathy Gannon on UMPH.

    $300 more per month cant knock that Oddy!

    Typical training course, introductions, rules, objectives, current idea about what ingredient makes a high performing culture, then philosophies to break down your current idea, bringing these new ideas into practice with a couple of role plays & tasks. Then reaffirming this idea perhaps with a dose of communication skills...

    You'll enjoy the stop though usually plenty of <ale>

    Some decent shouts tonight lads...shame I hadn't the conviction to back my fancy Robin Hood.

    Oddy,thats the one thing I don't miss...The trans Atlantic Corporate cliche's..the only thing that's worse is the mindset of those that embrace it.The free hospitality always softened the blow mind you.

    Tomorrow is my final gardening leave salary cheque from Astra Zeneca...I'm a statistic from next Monday..been called worse!

    Well done on the extra €300...thats a lot of extra lucky 31's!...or B******s!
