Couple of note over at Bath for me this afternoon.
Monday Club in the 2.10
Showmethewayavrilo in the 3.10 (Consulting looks a danger with SDS and there is money for that one too)
Unintentionally, a Josephine Gordon double; let's see.

Good Luck.

Anyone seen Saturday’s cards in the Isle. Why, oh why, oh why do we need 7 Flat fixtures?!? Answers on a postcard please to the usual address.

As it is so temperate in good old Berlin I treated myself to 2 scoops of ice cream for an early lunch. 8/10.

Well done! Was over local Edeka where the Höflinger Müller bakery people have a small section, Noticed a dark bread roll they call Panutino Jalapeño. Man, are they ever good, just had one with some mature cheddar and, of course, a beer. Rilley livin', rilley livin'.

Bosham @ 28s is my speculative ew punt at Catterick Bridge this afternoon. Although this one clearly favours the all weather he races of 77 this afternoon having already prevailed of 94 this year, has a decent claimer on board, will like the ground and is well drawn. Good luck anyone having a punt.

Short answer, Sir Barney, is we don't. However, the bookies appetite for our hard-earned is insatiable. Best to make life difficult for them, e.g. small stakes and/or go watch a good movie?

15:10 ‐ Showmethewayavrilo - 1 point win
15:40 ‐ Barroche (nap) - 10 points win
16:10 ‐ Espoir - 1 point win
16:40 ‐ Wassail - 1 point ew
17:10 ‐ Babyfact - 2 points win
17:45 ‐ Bernisdale (nb) - 10 points win

3 * 10 point doubles and 5 point treble Baroche, Bernisdale and Dawn Horizons

Cheese and beetroot (from the garden) sarnie with just a hint of salad cream. Top drawer 9/10
Sounds good

Sliced banana with a light sprinkling of sugar, lashings of crème fraîche and covered with honey followed by a cup of Tetleys tea. That'll do until lunch

Just seen some racing from Sweden. Commentator sounds excited but the horses seem to be going about 5mph. Or are they ponies?

If you ever are near Marks and Spencer Chan they do a stonking Beetroot pickle...I'd go through a jar if I could get away with it, with some nice cheddar on a sandwich.

Some veggie soup and 2 batch rolls for myself. 7/10.

I will certainly give it a go STH. My appreciation of beetroot is fairly new to be honest. I could take or leave the stuff you get in a jar. However homegrown is just lovely. Easy to cook too. Well the Mrs says it is anyway.

A course I avoid almost at all costs Ron if possible, there's about 4/5 for me I stay clear of due to not being able to pin point a winner even with the most rigorous of effort <laugh>

Redcar, Chepstow (flat), Pontefract and Bellewstown are some of my other "avoid at all costs" tracks.

I bet most will have a track or two that even when they fancy a horse, they see what track it is and will be slightly cautious...

Catterick 15.00 Teofonic. By Teofillo out of a Zafonic mare. 7 fur on fast ground. What's not to like? The price maybe, at 6/4

Had a few winners with Betfair at the weekend online, withdrew my winnings on Sunday afternoon, still nothing in my bank account WTF, stay away from Betfair!

Love beetroot; so refreshing. My dad used to grow all his own vegetables and fruit. Don't see it so much these days

Good interview on ATR just now; Matt Chapman interviewing Adam Kirby. I shall watch him with interest now; seems like a proper horseman. His mum is a very successful greyhound trainer. Sad that his father always wanted to see his son ride a G1 winner but passed away before he could witness one.

To be honest i also hate all of them except Pontycarlo. It's one of those tracks that has a massive draw bias to low numbers so it's easy enough to narrow down field.

You should have got the money in the early am this morning at the latest Balicks. Contact them and complain in a polite manner if you get me, they might throw you a free bet along with your cashed out winnings.
