Rocket Rob is short in the Sandown opener- usually the sign of a good run as the Musson yard are a bent bunch of ****ers.

Very unlucky RV, it's incredibly frustrating when races are like that.

Very frustrating especially when the winner was next to it just over a furlong out.

Tiger Club in the 2:40 for me.

Jockey Robert Havlin was quick of the mark, he tweeted Gary Witheford straight away and said "right first things first who trains that and what's its name and plz make sure my name isn't ever next 2 his!"

Two bets for today and both reasonable value.

    Sandown
    5.05 The Giving tree 12-1
This horse got an awful run last time and is a bigger price than he should be, i was tempted to go each way which may have been more prudent but in the end went for a win bet.

    Good luck all <ok>

    Yarmouth
    3.50 Initiator 3-1

This horse did not run to his form in my opinion at Epsom last time and i feel that is making a value price for today and is worth a small win bet.

Not betting during the week anymore but Sweetnessandlight looks cracking value at 16s in the next at Yarmouth

Emirates Queen should have beaten Barefoot Lady at York and run on bad ground lto easily excused. She would be my pick but no bet because Timepiece should win really.
