That's good, I noticed quite a lot of favourites were going-in, especially up north. Glad to hear you were on some of them.
Oddy's description of General Chat, "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" is very apt, must say. You activated my inquisitive nature and I did take a peep at the site. Good grief, I already knew it was 'something else' ('free speech', with a vengeance?). I was absolutely poleaxed with the appearance on the site of the gentleman you alluded to, just poleaxed. Cannot understand that, at all. That 'Sir Barrington Womble', is truly weird, enough said! Look forward to your post for debating, hope it will be for more than one horse! It is only natural that most 'mentions' will be of horses owned/trained by the big guys, they have the resources (and money) of large concerns at their disposal. Hope you can find the time to mention a few of the smaller yards who have promise, or have a possible bright future ahead of them? One of them that comes to mind, is this Nick Kent fellow from North Lincolnshire. Now this fellow is very interesting. Really does bring-off a few coups, and has the good sense to give important rides to young Charlie Hammond, who rarely, if ever, lets him down. What a cool head this young lad has, considering he knows darn well the money's down on his mount beforehand? Doesn't make a scrap of difference to this youngster; he's as cool as a cucumber!
