Going likely to be 'soft' by start of racing today...not that it will make too much difference but perhaps not quite as testing...

1.30 Duc De Genievres e/w - could spring a major surprise stepping back up in trip today. Learning all the time and will stay on all the way to the line.

2.10 Whilst I would love to see Bryony win on Black Corton I think Presenting Percy will take all the beating and is still a backable price.

2.50 Willie Mullins is throwing plenty of darts at the Coral Cup and one I like the look of at a decent price is C'est Jersey with Touchy Fehily on board. Reverts back to hurdling off what looks a workable mark. Won over 2m 4f on soft at Navan and beat Battleford over the same trip at Punchestown. Sandwiched between those was a down the field finish in the Albert Bartlett when held up way off the pace and outpaced at the business end.

3.30 Has to be Altior despite the late scare. A monster.

4.10 The egg and spoon race will probably go to Enda Bolger again but I'll have a small e/w dabble on the likeable Beeves.

5.30 **** changing my mind (drink talking last night). With the drying wind blowing all day and the track continuing to drain I am sticking with Didtheyleaveuoutto to leave Barry Geraghty with egg all over his face.

    Best of luck everyone <ok>

I saw that last night and found it very unpleasant viewing. Each to their own I suppose.

Stick, any thoughts on the bumper over at Huntingdon. I quite like the look of the Kim Bailey newcomer Time For Another at around 13/2

Today’s Scoop 6/Lucky 63: All at Cheltenham today:

    2:10 - Monalee 7/2
    2:50 - Mount Mews 11/1
    3:30 - Min 7/2
    4:10 - Cause of Causes 3/1
    4:50 - The King Of May 11/1
    5:30 - Rhinestone 13/2

I’ve also got Le Breuil 14/1 in the 2:50 in a single and reverse forecast with Mount Mews.

Skybet first race offer today has been used on Samcro. I think I must be the only person on the planet that didn’t ‘know’ about this horse so let’s hope you’re all right and he’s the superstar he’s being billed as.

    Bets for today:

    Samcro
    Monalee (e/w)
    Topofthegame (e/w)
    Altior
    Josies Orders (e/w)

Hoping it isn't just hype with Samcro and we see a wonder horse in full flow. I can't see Min winning the champion chase as Ruby has chosen Douvan but then didn't see Apples Jade getting beat yesterday..:emoticon-0142-happy

I like the jockey aboard that one, very capable and shame he doesn't get more big rides
