Sorry for the late news.
Councillors Eves & Woops, have given this building inspector the run around for the late couple of months.

Untrue Rog, all me and whoops agreed to was a hedgehog hospital to be located aesthetically pleasing to the eye as possible.

Whoops may have mentioned sunlight is a great healer so having it on the 40th floor was just a minor issue.
