Just driven up to Stanley in torrential rain with epic thunder and lightning going off. Quite an exciting drive!

Strange at my way. Half the sky is sunny with a bit of cloud but to the west very dark clouds and you can hear the thunder rumbling around. The sky's starting to look like something out of Independence Day. I'm guessing it won't be long before the thunder storms hits us.

Rain and thunder in TS28. Sky is as dark as a gorilla's goolies
Just got into work before the rain started, lashing down now. It's only a 20 minute walk to work so pleased I did that rather than the 4 minute drive. Might be regretting it when it's time to go home mind...

Thunder just before 7 this moning had me up and out of bed, dont know why sweet fa i could do about it.
We had a massive thunderstorm earlier. Lightning as usual then instead of the usual rumbling an absolute massive thunderclap - it sounded like a bomb had gone off! Then the reason came down hard. Sunny again now but feels that touch fresher
