Weaknesses of Jack Cork

    We are all very excited about the signing of Corky, but I was just wondering what his weaknesses are?
    I've heard that he is easily pushed off the ball and needs to improve his strength, anyone got any others?
    Not sure about you guys but from what I have seen I would prefer him to play CM and think we still need to new CB that Norwegian sounds good to me......
    Plus anyone thought of songs or chants for corky as the Northam do come up with some pretty dire ones.....

    I sit in the Kingsland center stand but if it wasn't for the Northam we wouldn't have any atmosphere at all !!

    I'm glad that we have managed to sign him even though there was supposed competition form other clubs, how true that is i'm not sure, but I can't help but feel he isn't realy the player we need. We have a pretty strong central midfield with Schneiderlin, deano and chaplow, and we could even move lallana to the centre if needed. Plus corky never really showed he was better than any players in our teams from our dire team a few years ago, obviosily he will be surrounded by better players/staff than back then, yet i think we have gone about building the squad in the wrong way and should focus on where we really need better players. Hopefully i will be proven wrong though.

    I have said this a fair bit lately. All our loanees have gone back and Gobern has left. Holmes is always injured. Put in with that a suspension and a couple of injuries and Cork is exactly what we need. Young, Hungry and versatile.

    Isn't Cork the player who had to give up coffee because he had heart palpitations? He'll be alright at Saints..we're used to having the odd heart attacks here.<laugh>

    Only on the Saints board.

    We have just signed a player that most clubs in this division would love to have. I have seen many comments on other boards about how they wished they had signed Cork instead of us. But only days later we have a post questioning his strength and another saying he wasn't needed in the first place.
    I hope we don't sign that Messi bloke because his right foot is useless.
