We've got £10million to spend in January and think we are going to hit a good run. However, I couldn't call it as I don't think there's much difference between the two teams tbf. We'll get a couple of good wingers in and Jelavic from Rangers - a decent targetman - with Beckford and Nugent playing off him, we should be alright for goals.
Not for £10 million you won't. They already rejected £8 million. I hope you're not gonna try and get Stewart. If you do come in for him I hope Pappa Allam gives you the hands off, **** off treatment.
We get crap refs most games, yes. But the one yesterday was very good, he spotted the foul by Mills which was a very sly bit of cheating that no one else spotted in real time and he let the game flow so we could show our natural dominance over you in the second half. The fact you didn't touch the ball second half does make us quite good. Yes we know he is an international, he plays when McShane is injured. As for the OP I agree we have every chance of finishing above them, but Nugent is a good striker.
Lucky win my arse! We kept trying to unlock the Leicester defence most of the second half and got our reward near the end. Obviously yesterday's game doesn't make us the Man City of the Championship but we were worthy winners. As for the ref, he got the penalty decision and the red card right and could well have given us another penalty but didn't. He wasn't as card happy as some of the clowns we've had this season so saying the ref was crap doesn't wash. We've won 8 other games so far this season, were they all lucky? And why would we want St Ledger when we have the likes of Rosenior, Chester and Dudgeon?
