Same as norfork, Monk will need help in the transfer market if he stays manager . Frankly , I'd be good with that scenario but think Monk will be in some sort of assistant position come summer
Taking into account all the issues we had, I felt we should have been on about 32 points, and i am not being unrealistic here, because 3 should have come from Cardiff in the first encounter, and there were a couple of games we should have at least got a few draws from, but the issue for me was, and I'm sure it was the same for the Huw Jenkins too, that we looked very much like imploding under Laudrup as we did last season's end, and we only had 12 games left to rescue the season, so I really cannot understand how so many are supporting Laudrup when he was clearly losing it!................
Whilst Monk had rallied the team and got us back to playing the Swansea way I would like to see some better judgement from him, some of his substitution decisions have been very iffy... But he is inexperienced and appears to have more than enough nous to learn quickly. I think he learned last night that replacing Emnes for Taylor was a big mistake, he may not try to play defender as a winger again.
