TBH, I'm not totally surprised by the result, considering the factors of us putting out basically a reserve team that doesn't play in competive matches on a regular basis, plus also we all know that Northampton like to pull off shocks like beating Liverpool away last year! After all, we didn't put line-up our first team against Leyton Orient at home in a more prestigous competition and lose, did we!
I am sure that PJ and Cleggy boy have seen the big picture about this (like so many other clubs) and have sacrificed a pointless cup to ensure automatic promotion to the Premiership and the prestige and glory that awaits there.
I have no idea, I never take any notice of the egg chasing. Only football & fishing for me these days. I would make a wild guess at some of the sports bars in the likes of Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket etc will probably show the games but other than that I could not say.
