http://www.football-england.com/charlton_7_huddersfield_6.html "On the terraces the shivering supporters wondered openly about the possible reasons for staying. Unable to find any, several left." "Four minutes later Huddersfield had swept into a 4-1 lead through Bain's second goal and a Bill McGarry penalty. This prompted a further trickle towards the exits which turned into a stream when Bobby Ledger was left unmarked to slot home the visitors fifth just past the hour mark." Bet they rued that decision for the rest of their lives
I was unable to go tonight. I had to work late (to make perpetrations for a Rememberance parade on Sunday so I'm not bitter) but it sounds like "our Charlton" returned in the stands and on the pitch. COYR!
Stuart Heaver's blog is over a month old now but is still relevant and I haven't seen it referred to here. Some of it is bit too facetious in an attempt to be humorous but the main burden of it is that we don't want to be slipping back into Div One. I think that part is a retort to those on here who said they would rather support Charlton in Div One under Sir Rabid Doctor than in the Championship under another manager. Not that I think it will come to that choice. http://www.skysports.com/fanzone/blogs/story/0,,17729_8135820,00.html
