It's not a dig at Ndidi but more reflective on his very high levels last season. He's still be good but needs quality to partner him. Hopefully Silva is the man when he can play
Silva is very good technically ... neat, tidy, combative but most importantly a good passing range and ability to keep the ball and be comfortable receiving it under pressure ...just what we need in fact.
Sounds like just what we need. Over the last couple of seasons we've never been able to replace the player we've lost in midfield with one of equal quality. I'd love to know what he has been thinking when watching some of our performances from the stands.
Silva can train with the first team and has officially been given a squad number - guess what it is http://www.leicestermercury.co.uk/s...cester-squad-number-621760?service=responsive
I would assume that he has picked this himself with other numbers available and that it suggests he has a sense of humour over the whole mess which is good
Latest statement from the club is that FIFA have refused to agree to a fast track case through CAS. Silva can still appeal privately. It reeks that FIFA have refused that, why would they if they had nothing to hide? The fast track was a last ditch hope to have him before January. Now it's clear that's not happening hopefully Silva will go through an appeal regardless as he's been punished and it'd be good to **** FIFA over if he won an appeal and was able to sue them
