Granada beat Barcelona at the weekend.

You never know what might happen when the pressure is on.

A quote from talk sport this morning made me laugh. "Man City just couldn't handle Liverpool's attacking pace"

Oh dear.

I really, really, really hope I end up with egg on my face for saying this but I feel we never should have dispensed Hughton. I was confident with Hughton in charge we would stay up somehow or other. However I am not sure Neil Adams has enough about him to engineer the win we need in any of these games.

Am I the only one who feels there is something surreal about the present situation? All the outers who were absolute pessimists are now hugely optimistic about what City can do under Adams. The fact that the boo boys won't be booing CH is another plus! Pity that we couldn't have had that 'plus' over recent months! Meanwhile Lambert seems to be happy to see Culverhouse and Karsa cast out into the cold if it means him hanging on to his job - what a great bloke, eh? As some of you may have gathered, my glass is no longer half full. I like Neil Adams, but I don't see him as a miracle worker. I'd love to be proved wrong, but I doubt it now. I will go on hoping, but not with a lot of expectation.

We are playing 4 of the best European sides packed with World class players, EXPECTATION is not something that i am expressing it`s blind faith & hope....
They were Hughton`s nick names for his backroom staff.
