No I wasn't at all confident.I think we may have done better but not well enough to stay up.I agree re The Championship though especially with all lat years relegation sides now most likely in the play offs.

That's why I said I was confident; I'm not claiming its anything other than my opinion.

It's time to admit......we have been **** this season and deserve to go down.
    Where was the passion.
    Where was the fight.
Sorry but as far as I can see I think Snodgrass is our best player by far when he turns up and will be the first one snapped up when we eventually go down. Lack of everything, in every department this season. Especially goal scoring. Ohhh how we have missed Holt!!! Wolfswilly has looked like an embarrassment and a total waste of money. Why have they not played wolf and hooper up front together all season is beyond me. It is very clear that we have a massive lack of goals this season and they were not going to come from our midfielders,
4-5-1 every game 4-5-1 every game 4-5-1 every game. The same result, I'm sorry but if you don't have the personnel that you have to always put 5 in midfield and hope they don't score then we deserve everything we get. Johnson, good engine, doesn't score goals, hollahan, creative, doesn't score goals, Redmond, prospect, doesn't score goals, Fer, cleans things up, doesn't score goals.....and on and on throughout our midfield. We have bread the lack of confidence in wolfscrapname because he has not had the partnership he craves. Our defence has not been at all bad, yes some silly errors, but if we were able to score the other end, especially in a number of games I can recall where we played well we would not be in the position we are now. I am very annoyed, frustrated and quite frankly ****ed off with the whole season. Oh dear Hughton....what did you do???

Hope I don't die from lack of oxygen.

What did he do? He ****ed it up didn't he?

Brought in 2 decent strikers that have scored goals in every league they have played in and not given them any creative support behind them!

I watched Hooper against Barca and think he scored 2. He looked awesome. With us he looks so ****, same for dogscock.

I think Hooper, Rhodes and Bechhio. RVW can polish their boots.

Has old superman been on this board lately?? Bet he's disappeared with his tail between his legs along time ago!! Carrabuh bet you love it when your right. Anyway rant over. Feel slightly better than before. I just hate blind faith. It's not happened and some could see it coming from the first whistle of the first game. I shall now go away and cry myself to sleep or die from lack of h2o to the brain.

Hughton for me is a championship manager. He did great with Newcastle in that division and did well with Brom.
His mind set is in that league. The players he buys are of that level.
Next season Hooper, Bechhio will both score goals a plenty. We to keep Wes happy as he'll be the supply line along with Howson. Johnson will be a rock in the middle.
Redmond & the Murphy boys will do well, Pilks if he stays will get goals.
My worry is the defense other than Olsson & R Bennett I'd scrap the lot and start again.
When you look at the squad it's a championship team he's assembled. No wonder we've struggled?

And I'm saying there is no way for anyone to come to that conclusion.

You have no reason to say such things.

Good spot for that, and I mean it. I thought from what I'd seen from him he looked good, my own angle was always the type of supply to him.

You can't just say someone is good because they play for us if you don't think so.

As for admitting being wrong, I don't think you'll get it, it was the fans fault which seems to be en vogue at the moment.

That's just the fans who didn't like the tripe which was served to us.
Let's not tar all the fans with that brush, many of them had their heads in the sand remember ? They couldn't see the **** for the trees while they happily clapped!

The real root of our problems this season has been the lack of creativity in the mid-field, during the summer transfer window every Norwich fan was saying what CH seemed to be clueless about, we needed a decent creative CAM, what will get us relegated is the starvation of the strikers. That is all down to CH, no one else.

He tried to get 2 or 3 but none of them would come to "Little Old Norwich!" They were all logged on the transfer sticky

    Hey Warky,

The positions of Ipswich and Norwich are completely different.

Norwich are debt free and cash rich so the best players in the Championship will walk to us.

It will cost you north of 10 Million to get Rhodes plus wages and on Championship income you've got no chance!

To be honest Warky if we REALLY wanted him we could afford him.

We spent £25m last term in the prem and we get the same money again in parachute payments. It depends what we want really.

Not boasting but we are in entirely different places as clubs at the moment.
