Watford 4-1 Chelsea
Brighton 3-1 West Ham
Swansea 3-1 Arsenal
Swansea 1-0 Liverpool

The teams around us are achieving remarkable results, we continue to huff and puff and concede goals.

Lose against Brighton and we are DOWN.

yeah im not sure if its optimism or stupidity to be fair Nicky. All the signs are there that we are going to be relegated but I still think we will somehow survive.

Stupidity - NO...Red and White striped glasses YES - and no shame in that.

I replied to Smithers on another thread, this is the end of an 18 months downward spiral and believe it or not, if relegation happens, I would not cut my wrists.

A root and branch clear out from top to bottom. Coates Snr, Batman & Robin.

Keep Lambert, recruit battlers and get back ti what we were...horrible bastards.

That play off year and the first two seasons in the PL were magic AND 606 was throbbing.

Sick to death of PL shenanigans and money/business led.

i watch grass roots rugby on a Saturday, nowt to get in, 100% enthusiasm, oh and Guinness £3.00 per pint

That's it I fear. Last kick of the game we get a penalty and Adam misses it!! It seems that we WANT to be relegated. Oh, and Swansea have won again. The gap at the bottom is getting slowly wider, I just don't see Saints and the Toon going down. It's of no use Huddersfield and WBA being below us, we need another team to finish below us too and I do not know who that would be. I sincerely hope that we survive but things are looking ominous now.

PP...just doesn't matter any more.
Seems to me the terminal decline started at the top and permeated downwards and here we are.

Said it elsewhere, put us out of our (last 18 months) misery, root and branch clear out and get back to what we were:

Stoke City

yep I hate to say it but we are down. What a mess to get a so called "professional" football club into. Scholes is the first one I want down the job centre.

I do know that we have 7 games left and mathematically there is a chance but we are throwing points away and with our GD as it is it is highly unlikely that we will get out of this mess. My opinion, of course, but relegation is looking inevitable.

I think the draws by Swansea and Huddersfield along with the CP win has pretty munched sealed it.
