Meanwhile we tippy tappy (in our own half) into the Championship...then goodbye Shaqirii, Bojan, Marko & Butland.
Not to worry, we will still have Bardsley, Whelan, Wolly, Crouch and SJW to rely on.

I'm not overly concerned after 3 games but if things don't start to improve soon we could find ourselves in a tough battle to get out of trouble, weren't Villa cast adrift early on and never recovered? Much could depend on what happens in the next 3 days but judging by what has happened so far in the window I am not holding my breath.

Fully agree old boy, the defence leaves a lot to be desired, we are hardly prolific goal scores either.

SJW scored a couple last time out, so could he be our 20 goals a season saviour ? and Crouchie 3 last time out, we could be in Champions League next season.
Hopefully our 20 goals (for the opposition) player has left us and our defence will stop leaking quite as much.

Oh dear, rock bottom with -8(eight) goal difference, two successive 0-4 home drubbings, cannot score or defend. Early days I know, but we are this season's Aston Villa. We are doomed!!
