Sorry to hear you are a bit despondent with possible events. However life is constantly about comings and goings, saying goodbye to mates when you leave school, say hello to new ones when you start university - a few friends we keep for life, while others are friends while we are their circle but eventually move on. Football is like that. Players and managers come and go but SFC are a steady club, that as far as I can see are trying to nurture their way to the top through gradual improvement. I can see where you are coming from with the possible departure of MP and a few of the players but this opens the possiblilty for others to come and take their place and as long as the spirit is good, SFC will continue to be a good Premiership side. Chin up!!!
Today was a bit of a downer as I planned to renew this week. Oh well, perhaps a bit more excitment for next season, lets hope it pays off!
For the record I didn't say I will stop coming to St Mary's. Of course I will, my debate is whether to get a season ticket or not.
I have been reliably informed by the very lovely Mrs Godders that we will be renewing our season tickets it seems. So no need to worry chaps I will be taking up my seat in the Kingsland as usual, farting at every opportunity, getting up at least twice in each half to go to the lavatory and finding every opportunity to annoy the blokes behind me. I am very keen to see who they will pick on now that dear old Guly has gone.
I think there was an issue a couple of years ago where it cost pretty much the same to buy an individual ticket for each game than to buy a season ticket, so there was little incentive to buy a season ticket as there wasn't really a discount. Probably happened last season and for this season too. I blame Cortese for the 2014/15 ticket prices! Have to move away from Kingsland as I'm no longer a child.
