It’s definitely that. I remember a discussion on X about him having a Lion and Sun tattoo back when he still played for us. He’s one of the few Iranian players who plays at a decent level in Europe and he’s been in decent form for Westerlo for a couple of years now. He should be one of the first names on the team sheet.
