Well we seem able to get late goals occasionally so maybe the opposite team ease off . One of our main problems is we don’t test the keeper enough . We probably have as many chances as WBA but theirs were on target .
I thought we played fairly well when you consider the players available. Same old problem with the defence, a quick break and a large hole is there.
Both their goals, like many others this season, were from unmarked players. We need to close them down to prevent the shot and make them pass or block or deflect the shot.
Excellent day out, a pub crawl around the Jewellery Quarter and due to taking a wrong turning en-route to the train station, we arrived at 1-0. Sighhh. I felt that WBA, like Bristol City last week, we're far more incisive and the second goal was no surprise. That said I thought it was a much improved performance overall, deserving a draw just about but no complaints over the result. The worst team in view was madley and his "assistants": all about him. Officious and petty, poor judgement way too often.
