Updated my notes and after 24 games (23 above)

    2015 - F 28 ... A 31 - 3 ... 9th ... 34 points
    2014 - F 29 ... A 35 - 6 ...12th .. 24 points
    2013 - F 34 ...A 27 +7 ..... 8th .. 34 points
    2012 - F 26 ...A 29 - 3 ....10th .. 30 points

So the only time, in the PL, we've had a positive goal difference after 24 games was season 2012/13 we were also on 34 points and in 8th position.

Back on topic, I'm going for a 2-0 win for the Swans with Gomis finally scoring.

Well, the Penclawdd Oracle was telling us,IN NO UNCERTAIN FASHION,that Monk was so fantastic that Real and Barca had already started their plans to get his services for next season. <laugh>

Well if Laudrup becomes Director of Football for Barcelona, that would seem to rule out any chance of Monk moving to Catalonia ....<whistle>

Having browsed the media it seems we will be playing like a cross between Stoke and England's rugby team.
    Wish I'd bought a ticket now <whistle>

With United on Saturday, are we likely to rest any players tonight or go for it with the best XI we have.

No game is easy and we are underdogs for this match. Ill be happy with a draw even though we have a good record at their place....

Swans to win 2 - 1. Gomis gets the first with Oliveira bagging the winner with an 85th minute header from a Routledge cross.

Dyer hangs in there for yet another start. No Barrow ... was he replaced because of injury on Sat?

Might well be. Either way, good to see Montero back.

Yes it is. Montero crossing from the left, Naughton from the right ... Gomis should have a party.

They seem to have selected Chris Brunt at left back...if Dyer can't have a good game against a player that, to my knowledge, has never been a defender I'll be disappointed. Wouldn't mind seeing Dyer & Montero swap throughout the game to really keep them guessing.
