2-1 Saints, Carrillo brace. I know Pellegrino hasn't changed much after 25 games, but I'd hope he would even brings Sims or Hesketh into the lineup. If you're not going to change the way you play at least try some younger players who have been doing well. Might as well at this point!

Normally (and you would have read it on here many, many times) I am a champion of possession. I’m not saying ditch it, but last night there was zero movement in front of the ball. Zero moving of defenders to create space. It was screaming out for someone to run at a defender/midfielder with the ball to create that space.

This is a big gamble FLT. Letting Boufal loose to run at a team like West Brom. He would need to like beat 5 players to get anywhere near the goal to score. Never going to happen.

 

Yeah sadly he wont be back until the end of March. Austin was on Soccer AM over the weekend and confirmed he hoped to be back by the next international break which is 19th-27th March.
