Did you go to the game? Lemina was the best player on the pitch by far. Fair enough but in your formation playing gabbiadini and Boufal in the 3 means we lose defensive shape too much imo.

How else are we going to break teams down. All I saw last night was Keep Ball infront of a back 9, followed late by Lump it to the big guy.

 

I agree to a point, but that point is Boufal hasn’t started enough, hence you won’t see consistency. If he isnplayed wide then he’ll end up trackin back and getting the Ball in those wrong areas. Play him central and tell him to stay there when the team are defending. Lemina may be able to do it, so why not.
