Not been to a game since Stoke. We’ll better that result on my return.

Joseph needs to play centrally or not at all, wing is not his ideal position. I would go with Burstow/Gelhardt/Kamara, but I can see Chazz's point, that probably keep playing Joseph to allow him to find his form, but that needs to be in the middle.

We'll get a result today. They need to come at us, leaving space behind. Todays the day for some clinical finishing from us.

Fancy us to get something, which is never a good sign. Funny what a few good results can do to my confidence though!

Got to be honest with the injuries and suspensions it's gonna be a hard game for us especially with tired legs. If we get a point it will be a job well done but honestly think we'll get turned over sadly.

Joseph needs to play as a striker or not at all. He’s good at holding up the ball, pressing and his goal highlight reel suggests he’s a half-decent finisher who can score different types of goals but he is not a winger.

The experiment with Delap at right-wing last season sort of worked because Delap’s actually a really good dribbler but even then, he was wasted out wide. Joseph up front with Gelhardt in that second striker role playing just behind might work.

I think with pedro having a 3 game ban
Itd be disappointing if we dont see joseph up top

I want to see us create chances for him

Id wager he starts upfront today but barely touches the ball, hes great at pressing at least

He badly needs some direct wingers

I think it's too early to say that Joseph absolutely can't play on the wing, but for today it does seem to make sense to use him as the striker given that Crooks struggled there the other night and we don't have loads of options.

It depends on how you expect
Hes shown hes great at pressing, hes direct
And works as hard as anyone

But he doesnt have the attributes
To take on a player, he doesnt have blistering pace
Hes not a tricky winger thats for sure

Feels like all our widemen are like that currently

Direct pacey wingers like millar and belloumi are so needed for this team

I want to see Burstow out wide and Gelhardt upfront with Crooks, Slater and Alzate in the middle.

Yes Joseph won't come if we don't play him but do we have the time to wait while it's still so tight around the relegation spots

With the suspensions we have added to the injuries I think this will be a step to far. If we comeback with a point it would be a great result.

If we don't get something today, then lets hope Millwall (home to Stoke) Blackburn (home to Cardiff) M'brough (away to Luton) Watford (away to Oxford) do us a favour....Plymouth v Derby is going to be interesting. Got a feeling that's a draw.

Clubs remaining fixture difficulty (based on home/away PPG)

Saw this in a championship forum, apparently we have the easiest games left out of all the championship. These kind of things usually bode well for us don’t they…

Was tongue in cheek due to the fact we usually play someone who hasn’t won away for 15 years then they beat us at our place. Happened a fair amount over the years.
