Garth Crooks is an idiot, I don't know one person who likes him as a pundit and that's including spurs fans.

Henners had a decent game, as did Fletch, but i have seen them both play better this season and not get into his team of the week, so i have no idea how he selects these players.

I don't know why the beeb let this fumbling idiot do the team of the week to go up on the website. Krul was obviously the best performing keeper. But GC only goes for Strikers/Midfielders/Defenders who score goals because he doesn't know how to judge a performance any other way. Hennessy saved a penalty as did krul, but he had to save a poorer shot...only real difference was that Wolves went on to score straight away which to Garth is the equivalent to scoring a goal so shock shock horror...he's in team of the week. <ok>

Watched full game yesterday, Hennessey did not have a poor game. Far from it he had a good game, and won his team the points with a penalty save. He maybe could have done better with Richardson's effort but even if he'd have stayed where he was, at full speed the ball moved a fair way and was travelling. He made up for it during the game. And I think he's ****e by the way!

Everyone knows how ****e the motd highlights are and that's probably what he has to go with. You don't expect him to watch ten 90 minute matches, studying every player, over two days to pick a team of the week. In any case, what does it matter? The whole BBC team are **** but it makes for better chat on forums. Imagine everyone just said Lawrenson, spot on. again. marvelous. Or come January 31st a manager signs someone and says 'Garth Crooks had him in his team of the week 6 games in a row and with eyes like that he's not one to miss a thing is he'?

Saturday was Krul's best performance all season and he's got into the team of the week for a lot less in other weeks. Henessey played OK but did make a couple of errors and as the Wolves fan above said, he's played better this season.
