I agree. But refs won't do this because they know that if they send off 2 players in a match because they've been mouthing off all game or 2 penalties because a defender was shirt pulling in the box, they won't have any support from the FA. Until the FA backs their refs and someone or lots of people are made an example of either in one game or across a weekend then stupid, niggling stuff like shirt pulling and dissent aren't going to go away. Thats what I believe anyway.
