He's not going to do any worse than our current strike force. And what relevance Mick Buxton has to a 20 year old is beyond me. And we rely on Johnson at our peril, if you ask me. Consistency is not his strong suit.

No you can't. I like to find out with practical demonstrations. Wickham was a waste of money until he came good after a run in the team.

He still is Sid, done nowt this season, he will never be a Premier League centre forward and Whatmore failed in Scotland, even Stokes can score up there.

He is 0 from 0 though. Not very informative, so let's give him a run as sub and see what happens.

He looks a bit like Buckley but the ball is glued to his foot rather than two metres ahead of him. Buckley had a f****** nightmare last game so he should be dropped for Mavrias or Whatmore. I fear that Poyet still has his rose tinted glasses on about the ex Brighton players so I doubt this will happen.

Yer rite, Bridcott is woefully short of Premeir, as are Brown and O'Shea,….worrying times.

I think O'Shea has been fine so far. I don't know what the hell Brown was doing with that pass back but even at his peak at Man United he was notorious for making at least one fatal mistake a game. He's still a Premier quality player. Just.

Bridcutt though... can't tackle, head it, pass, shoot or run. Buckley has some potential if he can take direction.

See now I was taking you seriously until that moment! Altidore is ****e. I have tried to say "he'll come good" but have seen NOTHING to give me an idea that he'll come good. He had a decent chance against Arsenal and ****ed it up completely with a massive mis-kick. He is not good enough for the PL IMO
